Deep Slumber is published by Stanislav Slesarev. Its current iPhone app is called Nature at Night. For help, contact support@deepslumber.app. These terms explain the service and subscription offer. The app’s license is also governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Using the app

The app provides nature recordings, a mixer and timer for personal listening and relaxation. Ocean and Rain main recordings, volume controls and timer/fade controls are available without a subscription. Premium unlocks saving and updating mixes, background effects and all available main tracks. Sound credits and applicable recording licenses are available in the app.

Premium subscriptions

Premium is offered as an auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscription. Both plans unlock the same features. United States base prices are $4.99 per month and $14.99 per year. Prices, taxes and currency may vary by storefront; the App Store purchase confirmation shows the actual charge and period. No free trial is currently offered.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account’s Subscriptions settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access remains available for the paid period unless Apple reports revocation or another invalid entitlement. Billing, plan changes and refund eligibility are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights.

Restoration and stored mixes

Restore purchases checks for valid access associated with your Apple Account and does not initiate a new purchase. The app keeps existing saved mix data when Premium expires, but playing Premium recordings or effects and saving updates requires active access. Free-compatible saved mixes may still play. Device changes, removal of the app or backup settings can affect local saved data.

TestFlight

Beta builds and test subscriptions are for testing. Apple’s TestFlight sandbox purchases do not incur real charges and use different renewal and expiry intervals. Beta behavior and availability may change, and beta access is not a production subscription entitlement.

Listening and availability

Use a comfortable volume and suitable audio output. Binaural recordings use separate left and right tones and are intended for stereo listening. The app is not a medical service and does not promise treatment or a particular sleep outcome. Bundled recordings work offline; purchases, restoration and hosted pages may require internet access. We may update the app and content, subject to applicable law and your subscription rights.

Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, Apple purchases, support email and website requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Where these terms conflict with mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply.
