Privacy Policy

This policy describes Deep Slumber, currently called Nature at Night, and deepslumber.app. The publisher and contact for privacy questions is Stanislav Slesarev at support@deepslumber.app.

Data on your device

The app stores your current mix, saved mix names and configurations, timer choices and preferences on your device. It does not require an app account or send those items to our own server. You can delete saved mixes in the app. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to any device backups managed by you and Apple.

Purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and payment details. The app uses StoreKit to read product information and verify transactions, subscription expiry and revocation. We do not receive your card number through the app. Apple may process purchase and account information under its own privacy policy.

Support email

If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. The in-app composer includes editable app version/build and iOS version information and does not automatically attach logs, audio or saved mixes. Our support address uses Cloudflare Email Routing to forward messages to the publisher’s support inbox. We use support correspondence to answer questions and resolve issues, and retain it only as needed for those purposes or applicable obligations.

Website and external links

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and request headers, to deliver and protect the service. This site does not include advertising, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, third-party fonts or a user-account form. Opening an external Apple, creator or license link is governed by that provider’s policies. Hosted pages opened inside the app use a nonpersistent web data store.

Tracking and device access

The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. It does not request access to your contacts, microphone or location. Audio output and Shortcuts are handled through Apple’s system interfaces.

Your choices and requests

You control what you save and send. You can ask about support information we hold, request access, correction or deletion, and raise a privacy concern by email. Where applicable, you may also have rights to restriction, objection and portability and may complain to your local data protection authority. We may need enough information to verify your request. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and changes

Apple and Cloudflare may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable privacy terms. See Apple’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. If the app’s data practices change, we will update this policy and its revision date.
